1)How do I place an pin badges order?

You can send email to us about the quantity you will order and the artwork. Email address : info@gs-jj.com.

2)Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity. You can start with 1 piece, but if you need a new mold, there will be an additional mold fee.

3)I have no design only ideas, can you help me?

Yes, We offer free design services and unlimited modification with our professional design team.

4)How long is the delivery time after placing an order?

Our delivery time is about 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product process and the quantity you order. But as long as you place an order, we will produce it for you as soon as possible.ts.

5)If I want to modify and cancel the order after it’s production?

If the product is canceled before production, we will charge the cost of making the mold. If the product is cancelled after production, it will be charged as a new order.

6)What format should I send the artwork?

The best format is Illustrator or .eps vector illustrations and convert all fonts to outlines/curves. Of course, you can also send us files in jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd or bmp format(please enlarge artwork 4 times larger than the pin size). We recommend that you use the colors in the PMS matching system color. Artwork should be 300 dpi or higher for digital Pins.

7)Will I receive pin badges proof before the pin badges start production?

Of course, we will send you proof after receiving your quote and get your permission before production.

8)Will the produced product be the same as the certificate I received?

Pins are special handicrafts, most of which are drawn manually, and there will be slight differences. All colors will be "as close as possible" to your original work. Sometimes the colors are different from the Pantone guides due to different monitors. We will match the color according to the printed guidelines.If the customer asks us to use the Pantone® matching systems formula guide , an additional $15 will be charged in this case.

9)Do you offer a guarantee?

If you want to cancel, you can send a request before the order is produced. Once an order has started production, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

However, if it is because of the pin badges quality, you need to provide photos in time to notify our customer service staff to re-produce the pins for you with free. Or give you a discount based on the specific degree of defect and quantity of the pin badges. At the same time, we guarantee:

12)What back attachment will come with my pins?

All pins include a butterfly clutch. We have a lot of back options, you can choose as much as you want.

13)How will my pins be packaged?

The free packaging we provide is a butterfly clutch. You can also choose the packaging method for a fee: velvet box, velvet bag, plastic box.
